The limited grievance that the petitioner has in the present writ petition is the non-reflecting the name of the petitioner in the merit list, though at the first instance, when the list was published, the name of the petitioner was reflected at serial No. 27 in the merit list and the total number of vacancies to be filled were 43. 2.

The grievance of the petitioner is, when the final list was published, the name of the petitioner was not reflected and inspite of best efforts being made, the respondents have not been able to give the reasons for the petitioner not being found eligible. 3.

Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents No.2 & 3

to consider and decide the representation made by the petitioner at the earliest in accordance with law intimating the petitioner why he has been found ineligible.

Let a decision be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 5.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
