1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of attachment dated 20.2.2017 (Annexure P-2). The petitioner obtained an interim protection from this Court on 21.3.2017 by virtue of which the petitioner continues to work at the original place of posting that is Anjora, Durg.

2. Given the facts that petitioner is continuously working at the said place that is Anjora, Durg by virtue of interim order granted by this Court and also taking note of the fact that it is almost two years now that the order has been passed.

3. The present writ petition stands disposed off holding that the impugned order shall not be acted upon by the respondents any further reserving their right to pass a fresh order in case administrative exigency so requires.

Maintaining Status quo as it exists today, present writ petition is allowed and disposed off.
