1. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in the present writ petition stands squarely covered by a bunch of writ petitions decided by this Court on 09.09.2015 in WPS No. 3981/2012 and other analogous petitions.

2. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that in fact the petitioner also belongs to the same district as were the cases of the petitioners in the above referred petition, whose cases stands decided on 09.09.2015 and thus prayed for a similar order.

3. The State counsel on due verification of facts does not dispute the same. Accordingly, the present writ petition also stands disposed of in similar terms as has been passed by this Court in WPS No.

3981/2012 and other connected writ petitions decided on 09.09.2015.

4. Let a copy of the order dated 09.09.2015, passed in the aforesaid bunch of writ petitions be also formed part of this judgment and also a copy of the same be made part of the record of present writ petition.
