1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the petitioner has been deprived of the death-cum-retiral dues which the petitioner is entitled on the death of her husband, who died in harness on 03.04.2015.
2. According to the petitioner, though the respondents have released the pension, which the petitioner is entitled for, but the final settlement have till date not been released.
3. Given the said limited grievance of the petitioner, the present writ petition itself stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents No.1 & 2 to ensure that the dues payable to the petitioner on the death of her husband is finalized and released at the earliest preferably within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
4. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed off.
