Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been selected on the post of Peon but no appointment letter has been issued to him by the competent authority till date in spite that petitioner is legally entitled to be appointed.

Be that as it may, petitioner is allowed to make representation before the competent authority who shall consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of representation.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
