Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner appeared in first year of Post Basic Bachelor of Science (Nursing) 2015-16 examination but the result has not been declared till date for which she has also made a representation before the competent authority on 22.12.2017 but it has not been considered and decided till date. 2.

Be that as it may, respondents No. 2 and 3 are directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation for declaration of result of her first

year expeditiously preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of representation along with copy of this order. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
