Alleging that the respondent has not complied with the orders and directions issued by this court in W.P. (C) No. 289 of 2018 dated 02.02.2018, the complainant is before this court in this contempt petition.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to give one more opportunity to the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) to comply with the order passed by this Court on 02.02.2018 in W.P. (C) No. 289 of 2018 in its letter and spirit. 3.

Counsel for the petitioner may also make additional representation to the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) and, in turn, the authority concerned shall decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously.
