1. By this Criminal Revision, the applicant has challenged the order dated 07.09.2007 and prayed for enhancement of maintenance amount. The filing of this Revision Petition is delayed by almost more than 12 years.

2. Considered on the submissions, the applicant has option to file an application under Section 127 of Cr.P.C. for enhancement of the maintenance amount which has been ordered in her favour vide order dated 07.09.2007, passed in Criminal M.J.C. No.61 of 2007. Therefore, there is no ground to entertain this Revision Petition. Hence, the Revision Petition is dismissed at motion stage and the liberty is granted to the applicant to file application under Section 127 of Cr.P.C. before the Court having jurisdiction.
