Learned counsel appearing for the State on due instructions from the police authorities and on the basis of material available in the case diary, makes a submission that the police authorities though had initially registered an offence under Section 306/34 IPC against the applicant, which after due verification they have sent a closure report to the competent authority/forum on 01.04.2018.

In view of the same, the present bail application stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
