The petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 28-12-2017 by which his representation against transfer order has been rejected. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the exigency for which representation was rejected is not made out, he would submit that vehicle is not being maintained properly and for this he cannot be faulted. 3.

The transfer of an employee is an administrative measure. The petitioner had earlier approached this Court and petition was disposed off with liberty to file representation. Thereafter, a detailed order has been passed considering the representation of the petitioner. In the absence of there being any illegality

or malafide, I am not inclined to interfere with the order, however, taking into consideration that the petitioner is a Class IV employee , if in future, there is a change in the circumstances, petitioner may approach the competent authority for sending him back to Narayanpur or any other nearby place. 3.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
