1. From the pleadings available with the writ petition, it appears that entitlement of the petitioner already stands established by the order of the Controlling Authority which has also been affirmed by the High Court in the past.

2. Given the facts, if the two aforementioned orders are not complied with, the remedy available to the petitioner would be, to approach the concerned Controlling Authority for initiating appropriate executive proceedings which includes appropriate directions for RRC proceedings.

3. Reserving the right of the petitioner for the same, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of.
