1. Ignoring the default pointed out by the Registry as of now and with the consent of the parties, the matter was finally heard and disposed of at the admission stage.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was initially

appointed as Shiksha Karmi Grade-II on 06.08.2008 and thereafter, he completed his 8 years of service on 06.08.2016 from the initial appointment. Therefore, as per the circular of the State Government Annexure P-1 dated 17.05.2013, the petitioner was entitled to get the revised pay scale from 06.08.2016 whereas the benefit of revised pay scale was granted from 01.04.2017.

3. Considering the facts, after perusal of the circular dated 17.05.2013, it is directed that the respondents 3 & 4 shall take appropriate decision at the earliest for releasing the arrears of revised pay scale after verification of the factual aspect whether the petitioner has completed 8 years of service on 06.08.2016 or not. It is expected that the said exercise shall be carried out within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. Sd/- P. Sam Koshy Judge Khatai
