After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to avail the appropriate other remedies available to him taking into consideration the rejection of an earlier writ petition of the father of the petitioner i.e. WPC No. 3261/2017 which got dismissed on 13.12.2017.

prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
