Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 03/03/2017 At the outset, learned State counsel submits that the cause of action no longer survives because circular impugned in these petitions has been cancelled. This position is not disputed by learned counsel for the parties. Therefore, in view of above, petitioners' grievance no longer remains.

Nothing survives for consideration in these petitions. Accordingly, these petitions are disposed off as having rendered infructuous.
