This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner questioning the chargesheet issued on 23.12.2017 (Annexure - P/1) by respondent No. 3 to the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for SECL on advance copy would submit that SECL has decided to withdraw the charge-sheet dated 23.12.2017 (Annexure - P/1) and that will be done within a period of two weeks from today. 3.
In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands finally disposed of in terms of the undertaking / statement given by learned counsel for SECL. No cost(s).
