1. The limited relief that the petitioner at the outset prays for a direction to respondents to take a decision on the claim of the petitioner so far as his appointment as a member of Juvenile Justice Board at Bilaspur.

2. According to the petitioner all requisite formalities have already been concluded and therefore respondents be directed to take a decision at the earliest.

3. Given the limited request that the petitioner has made, this Court is of the opinion that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending. Accordingly, writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondents to take a decision on the claim of the
