Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed an application under Section 172 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 for diversion of his land from agricultural use to residential use which is pending consideration before the respondent No. 2 - Sub-Divisional Officer, Dabhra since 26.12.2017 and has not been decided till date.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Be that as it may, respondent No. 2 - Sub-Divisional Officer, Dabhra is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation expeditiously after hearing the affected parties.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
