25/01/2019 A request letter has been received from the Court of Special Railway Magistrate, Raipur requesting for extension of time in concluding the trial of Criminal Case No.7952/2017, pending in that Court, regarding which directions were issued by this Court in M.Cr.C. No.5262/2018 by order dated 07.09.2018 to conclude the trial preferably within a period of four months from the date of communication of the order.

Considered the grounds mentioned in the letter/PUD and after due consideration, the prayer is allowed. Further extension of three months time is given to the concerned Court for completion of trial of aforesaid case.

Accordingly, the PUD is disposed of.
