(2) At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the amount of GPF is Rs. 6,40,000/- whereas an amount of Rs.4,97,201/- has been deposited towards GPF.

(3) Thus, the writ petition stands finally disposed of with a direction to the Accountant General to consider the case of the petitioner afresh so far as the amount of GPF is concerned within a period of two weeks from today.
