The challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order Annexure-P/1 dated 08/01/2019 whereby the place of posting of the petitioner has been shifted from the office of the Block Education Officer, Narayanpur to the office of the Assistant Project Co-ordinator (RMSA), District Education Officer, Narayanpur.

At the outset, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition for the simple reason that, the imupgned order reflect that, the petitioner's change of posting is within the town itself i.e. from one office to another

office which as such would not put the petitioner in any sort of inconvenience.
