---- Respondents For Applicant : Ms. Meenu Banerjee, Advocate For Respondent /State : Shri Akhtar Hussain, PL Hon'ble Smt. Justice Rajani Dubey Order On Board 13/02/2020 Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 28.11.2019 passed in Cr.Rev. No. 340 of 2006, there appears to be

typographical mistake in marking the presence of the name of the counsel. It is stated that she was appointed as counsel to argue on behalf of the petitioner, from Legal Aid and on the said date i.e. 29.08.2019, when the case was listed for hearing, she was present along with the original counsel Shri Ganesh Burman but her name has not been mentioned either in the order sheet or in the order dated 28.11.2019.

To this, Shri Burman, original counsel of the case has also submitted that on the said date i.e. 29.08.2019, Ms. Meenu Banerjee, Advocate, appeared on behalf of the petitioner, on being appointed from Legal Aid but the order sheet and final order dated 28.11.2019 does not find her name.

From perusal of the record it appears that due to inadvertence the name of Ms. Meenu Banerjee, Advocate has not been typed in the order dated in the order dated 28.11.2019 passed in Cr.Rev. No. 340 of 2006. The error is apparent on the face of the record and needs to be rectified.

Accordingly, the order dated 28.11.2019 is modified to be read as under :

"Ms. Meenu Banerjee and Shri Ganesh Burman, counsel for the applicant"

Rest of the order dated 28.11.2019 shall remain as it is. With the modification as aforesaid, the petition stands disposed of.
