Hon'ble Shri Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra Order On Board 23/01/2019 :

1. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 6.9.2018 passed by the Assistant Collector, Raigarh whereby the application moved by the petitioner for diversion was rejected on the ground that the subject land was earlier registered as grass land.

2. Admittedly, the impugned order is appealable under the provisions of the CG Land Revenue Code, 1959.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to prefer an Appeal before the concerned Authority in accordance with law.
