2. In view of the Rule 46 of the Central Industrial Security Force Act, 2001 (hereinafter 'Act of 2001') wherein appeal is provided against order imposing penalties, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the instant petition with a liberty to file an appeal before the appropriate authority.

3. In view of such submission the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner if so advised may file an appeal before the appropriate authority under Rule 46 of the act of 2001.
