1. The counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the Order passed by this Court has since been complied with.

The counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the enquiry that was supposed to be conducted by the respondent No. 1 has been done and report has further been forwarded to the Management of NTPC vide letter dated 30.08.2018 and 06.04.2019. Let the two orders passed by respondents be brought on record during the course of the day.

In view of the submission made by the counsel for the respondents, this Court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be complied with and the present contempt petition accordingly stands disposed off. However, in case if the petitioner is aggrieved of any subsequent development, he would be at liberty to challenge the same by way of a fresh proceedings
