2. Explanation is received from the concerned Superintendent of Police. Same is satisfactory. Therefore, proceedings against him are dropped.

3. As per photocopy of death certificate enclosed with the explanation of the concerned Superintendent of Police, sole appellant R.N. Singh has died on 4-2-2018.
