This is an application for granting permission to the appellants to sue as an indigent person. We have seen the reports submitted by the Collector which shows that apart from the applicant being possessed of extensive properties, she is also having number of shops from which she is earning as rent. The appellant is also shown to be joint owner of 100 Acres of land. Considering the aforesaid report we do not consider the present to be a fit case for granting permission to sue as an indigent person. The application is, therefore, rejected. Appeal filed by the appellant be registered and the appellant is granted 90 days time to pay necessary court fees. List the matter along with FA No.636 of 2018.
