Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the contempt petition for the reason that the applicant has died and the respondents are processing the matter for making payment to the legal heirs of the applicant, on production of the successor certificate by the legal heirs of the applicant.

Considering the prayer, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the contempt petition with liberty to move afresh, if any such eventuality arises.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
