1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for issuance of a mandamus to the respondents to provide separate cups for individual members in the Church as they perform holy commune during the church prayer.

2. At the outset, this Court is of the opinion that the relief sought and the nature of writ sought for cannot be issued in matters touching religion

and customs followed in a particular Church for a particular community or a particular sect.

3. This Court therefore is reluctant to entertain the writ petition. However, petitioners are at liberty to approach the authorities concerned for ventilating their grievances if any.
