1. Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that the Appellant has already completed his jail sentence awarded by the Trial Court, therefore, the appellant does not want to press this appeal.

2. A letter dated 22-01-2018 sent by the jail Superintendent, Central Jail, Bilaspur is placed on record which states that Appellant Samay Lal has been released from jail on completion of his sentence on 14-08-2006.
