Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 11/11/2019 Learned counsel for the respondent, at the outset, submits that an order has been passed in the case of the petitioner on 11/07/2017 towards compliance of the order of the Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would, however, submit that the order is not correct in law.

Irrespective of the merits of the case, taking into consideration that without deciding the merits of the case, this Court had disposed off the writ petition with a direction to consider and decide petitioner's representation by a speaking order, this contempt petition is not required to be kept pending any more. No further proceedings are required to be drawn. Rule is discharged. The contempt petition is closed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy if he is aggrieved by order dated 11/07/2017.
