Present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order passed by this Court in WPS No. 8409/2018 d/on 03/01/2019. 2.

The modification sought by the counsel for the applicant is to the extent that, in the third line of paragraph second, the subject of the petitioner in which she has been appointed has been inadvertently shown as Commerce whereas it was infact Botany .

The said request of the applicant is not opposed by the State counsel.

Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed.

The order passed in WPS No. 8409/2018 d/on 03/01/2019 stands modified to the extent that, in the third line of paragraph second, in place of subject Commerce , it shall be read as Botany . "
