Mr. Vivek Ranjan Tiwari, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 25/02/2021 1.

The claim of the petitioner in the present writ petition is in respect of the non-granting of employment against the land belonging to the petitioner which was acquired under the Rehabilitation policy applicable at the time of acquisition.

2.

According to the petitioner, the land was acquired in the year 2004 and since then the petitioner has been repeatedly approaching the authorities concerned for an appropriate decision for grant of employment under the Rehabilitation policy in lieu of the land

belonging to the petitioner, which stands acquired, but till date no final decision has been taken by the authorities concerned. 3.

Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents No.2 to 5 to take appropriate steps in scrutinizing the claim of the petitioner as regards their entitlement for employment in lieu of land being acquired and an appropriate decision be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

4.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
