1. The present MCC has been filed seeking for modification of the order passed by this Court on 02.01.2019 in WPS No. 8372/2018.

2. According to the applicant, the only correction sought for is the subject in respect of the petitioner's appointment, which in the order has been reflected as "Commerce" subject, whereas it ought to have been "Mathematics" subject.

3. The said modification sought for is not opposed by the State counsel.

4. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed and the order dated 02.01.2019 stands modified to the extent that in paragraph No.2 in the third line, the subject "Commerce" shall be read as subject "Mathematics".

5. With the aforesaid modification, the present MCC stands allowed.

6. Let a copy of this order be made part of the record of WPS No. 8372/2018 decided on 02.01.2019.
