2. Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the contempt has been purged as the amount of compensation under the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojna, has been paid to the petitioners.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would not dispute with documents finding payment has been made to the petitioner, however, he would seek liberty to move again, if the actual payment has not been made to the petitioners.
