1. Vide PUD dated 24.02.2020 received from Additional Sessions Judge Fast Track Special Court (POCSO), Gariaband, (C.G.), it has been reported that appellant Ginatram had died on 15.05.2019. Death Certificate is also annexed with the PUD.

2. Learned Counsel for the appellant submits that he does not want to press the instant appeal as appellant had already died.
