1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application has been moved on 28.05.2019 for transfer of regular permit before respondent No.2. Learned counsel further submits that the application is required to be decided within a statutory period of 60 days but the same has remained pending without any decision.

2. Learned State counsel submits that the same shall be decided as expeditiously as possible.

3. Considering the submission of the petitioner, it is directed that the application shall be decided by the authority concerned within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
