Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in place of 'CEO, Janpad Panchayat, Masturi,' CEO Jila Panchayat, Bilaspur was wrongly arrayed as in the writ petition which has been disposed off on 03-01-2018. 2.

Considering the said submission, order dated 03-01-2018 is recalled and the writ petition [WPS No. 7265/2017] is registered for prior orders and the petition is restored to its original number. 3.

MCC is accordingly allowed.
