Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that his application for renewal of quarry lease of Limestone (minor mineral) is pending before the Collector, Raipur since 13.01.2017 and has not been decided till date.

Be that as it may, the Collector, Raipur is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application expeditiously preferably within a period

of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
