Agrawal Order On Board 31/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that balance amount of the petitioner is not being released by the respondent-Collector, Janjgir Champa.
(2) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make additional representation before the Collector, Janjgir Champa for redressal of his grievance within a period of four weeks from today. If such representation is filed by the petitioner before the Collector, in that event the Collector shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of such representation.
(3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
