1. The limited relief that the petitioner seeks is for a direction to the respondent No.2 to consider and decide the application which the petitioner has made for grant of permission to sale the property belonging to the Trust.

2. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court is of the opinion that the writ petition can be disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to take a decision on the application filed by the petitioner i.e. Annexure P/4 dated 27.09.2019 at the earliest preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
