Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner though was entitled for fixation of the pension according to the Pravar Shreni Pay Scale as similarly placed employee have been granted pay scale from 2013 vide order dated 7/01/2020 the benefit is not being given to the petitioner. Prayer is made that the petitioner has already made representation by Annexure P-6 which has been forwarded by the Chief Medical and Health Officer, Durg to the Director, Health Services, Raipur that may be directed to be decided. 2.

Considering the limited prayer made, Annexure P-6 would show that certain claim has been made by the petitioner for up gradation of pay scale so as to get benefit in pension which is already forwarded by the Chief Medical and Health Officer, Durg to the Director, Health Services, Raipur. Considering the same, it is directed that Director, Health Services, Raipur may decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of 90 days from the date of

receipt of this order.
