1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 15.11.2020 in connection with Crime No. 162/2020 registered in Police Station Mana Camp, District Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 506 & 307/34 of IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application as and when occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
