Hon'ble Shri Justice Sharad Kumar Gupta Order On Board 19-31. Heard on I.A. No. 1/2019 for impleadment of party respondent/ amendment.

2. At the time of passing of the impugned order, non-applicant was Secretary, Department of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Development Ministry, Mahanadi Bhavan, Atal Nagar, Distt. Raipur. Thereafter Mr. D.D. Singh has become the Secretary of the above department.

3. The I.A. No. 1/2019 being superfluous is rejected.

4. Heard on main contempt petition.

5. Counsel for the applicant submits that the representation of the applicant has not yet been decided and no specific order has been passed.

6. On the other hand, counsel for the non-applicant submits that the representation of the applicant has been disposed of on 8-3-2019. Therefore, the grievance of the applicant has already been redressed.

7. As per Annexure R-1/2 dated 8-3-2019 filed by the non-applicant along with reply to the contempt petition, the representation of the applicant has been disposed of on 8-3-2019. In view of above, there is no necessity to continue the contempt proceedings.
