1. The limited relief which the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization.

2. According to the petitioner, he has been working as a daily wage employee since 1993, as such he has put in about 25 years of service but till date the petitioner has not been considered for regularization. It is also the contention of the Counsel for the petitioner that there are

-2regular vacancies available and that the petitioner is discharging the duties of sanctioned vacant post.

3. Given the aforesaid factual matrix, as has been stated by the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed off at the admission stage, directing the respondent no. 4 to take a decision on the claim of the petitioner for regularization in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the field of regularization.

4. Let this exercise be completed within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise respondent no. 4 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.
