1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the discontinuance of the services of the petitioner as a daily wage employee.

2. According to the petitioner, he has put in about five years of service as a driver under the respondents on daily wage basis and his services were abruptly discontinued since March, 2020. Now the petitioner has

approached the authority concerned by way of a representation for taking back in service even again as a daily wage employee.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case so far as the entitlement of the petitioner is concerned, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents 2 & 3 to consider the claim of the petitioner for re-engagement as a daily wage employee. Let an appropriate decision be taken in accordance with law particularly taking into consideration the past experience of the petitioner.
