1. This Review Petition has been brought being aggrieved by the order of this Court in W.P.(227) No.340 of 2019 passed on 02.01.2020.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court has made observation of the statement and material presented by the respondent which were not present before the learned Family Court, Bilaspur, C.G. therefore, it is prayed that the Review Petition may be allowed and the petitioner may be permitted to present his own case.

3. Considered on the submissions and also perused the impugned order. While the impugned order of the learned Family Court was set aside and order was passed to decide the same application afresh. Therefore,

-2whatever material that has been present before this Court was not there before the Family Court is now opened for consideration by the Family Court itself. Therefore, the petitioner has all the opportunity to raise objections and file his own material in rebuttal.

The petition is disposed off with the liberty granted to the petitioner to raise his objections and place his material before the Court in the application of the respondent filed under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act. As it is prayed by the learned counsel for the petitioner in this case for direction regarding early disposal of the case, hence, the learned Family Court is directed to expedite and conclude the proceeding before it preferably within a period of six months.
