1. This court vide its order dated 31-8-2021 directed the State counsel to seek instructions with regard to status of the trial. In pursuance of the order dated 31-8-2021 the District and Sessions Judge, Raipur vide its report dated 31-8-2021, sent the status report of the Criminal Case No. 895 of 2013 (State of Chhattisgarh vs. Sushil Kumar Agrawal) wherein it has been mentioned that the case pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur has been disposed of vide its order dated 25-3-2021, therefore, the instant petition has become infructuous by efflux of time.
2. After going through the aforesaid status report, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as counsel for the State and counsel for respondent No.2 have no objection.
3. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
