1. Challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P-4 order dated 04.10.2019 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) Katghora in a proceeding under Section 172 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code.

2. At the outset, this Court is of the opinion that the petition is not maintainable for the reason that the order under challenge is an appealable order and the appeal lies to the Collector under Section 44 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code.

3. Reserving the right of the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
