1. This petition is not against any particular order passed by the Court concerned.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a Civil Suit under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act praying for decree of the divorce. The respondent side is not cooperating in the proceedings before the Court below and time and again the respondent has sought adjournments at the stage of evidence, that is why, the case is pending which may remain pending for indefinite period. Therefore, a direction may be issued to the Court concerned to conclude the trial within a time frame.

-23. After considering on the submissions so made, the petition is disposed off and the learned Family Court is directed to conclude the trial in the case concerned preferably within a period of six months from the date this order is communicated.
