1. Heard.

2. Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. for modification of the order dated 13.01.2020 passed by this Court in MCRC No.7391 of 2019.

3. On going through the records, it is apparent that while

CRMP No. 231 of 2020 hearing the bail application of the petitioners, the bail application in respect of Applicant No.1, Dipak Diwakar, was dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to him to revive the prayer after examination of the material witnesses.

4. Applicants No. 2 & 3 i.e. Munna @ Rajkumar and Smt. Prabha Diwakar respectively were granted bail after hearing the bail application on merits. However, due to typographical error in place of applicants No.2 and 3, it has been wrongly typed as applicants No. 1 and 2 at page 3 of the order.

5. In view of the above, in the order dated 13.01.2020 passed in MCRC 7391 of 2019, wherever applicants No.1 and 2 is typed, it shall be read as 'applicants No.2 and 3 namely Munna @ Rajkumar and Smt. Prabha Diwakar'.

6. The remaining contents of the order dated 13.01.2020 shall remain unchanged.

7. In the aforesaid manner, the CRMP is disposed of.

8. Certified Copy today.
